GUEST ADDRESS FILE
Once you have downloaded the guest address file through the link above, please follow the directions CAREFULLY within the file, on how to properly fill out the file with your addresses. If you do not follow the exact directions, we cannot accept your file. Please also be aware that it does take some time to gather all the addresses needed from your guests, so please begin on gathering these all from your guests now so it does not hold up the process.
WHEN WE NEED THE FILE BACK FROM YOU
We will need your final completed guest address file back from you, by the end of the design process. We cannot move forward with your order until we have received the file from you. Not getting the file back to us in a timely manner can hold up your order and push back the dates of your estimated timeline for your order. We don't want this to be the hold up to getting your order into printing and production, so please be sure to send the file over to us as soon as possible.
We will only accept your guest address file when your list is FINAL and complete. If any revisions need to be made to your file, after you have sent us the final, we charge an additional $20 set up fee for each additional spreadsheet sent to us. So please be sure when you send over the file, that it is FINAL.
Once your order goes into printing and production, no changes to your guest address file can be made. If you need changes made to any addresses, or need to add any addresses after your order has already gone into printing and production, or after your order is complete, an additional fee is required.
It is a $95 fee for 20 or less addresses and $135 fee for 20 or more addresses + tax (for NY residence).
